Nah Bones weekend it's indurance as well.....Did it for a few years with some lads in Mahia, also included a yeard glass time trail, a dinggee round the bouy time trial, ping pong tourney...<br />

11.15 Benchpress<br />
12.00ish 3km run<br />
2pm Rugby goal kicks<br />
2.30pm Barts bike time trial<br />
4pm Benchpress - 3 attempts 3 reps<br />
7pm Pool comp<br />

Sunday<br />
9am 2000m row time trial<br />
11am tennis comp 1 set straight up no kissing<br />
2pm 1 length school pool<br />

Depart for home - farked........ -
