How much protein for growth?

Gday Red beard.<br />
Have got a bit of info off EAS (top supplement brand) - they recommend at least 2.2 gm protein/ pound of body weight each day. But to gain weight and muscle size, one could eat to the bodyweight they would like to reach (within reason). Make sure to have protein in all six meals and you should have no worries with overdosing. Make sure you get a good quality protein into you straight after your weights sessions. Im sure your local gym would sell some EAS products. I would recommend the Myoplex delux or Myoplex sport - great for hard gainers. -
