Managed to bag another reasonably major press piece. This time one owned by World Rugby

It is experience at play though so you just have to acknowledge it.
They learn so much through the premiership over here too.
Some of those Wallaroos who came over you cam see the difference after a full season and they all give credit to a proper comp preparing them.
All that really to say that NZ needs to keep investing in a quality domestic set-up.
Super is going to be longer in 2024 which is a start but still more to do I reckon
-
Yep, respect where it is due for England.
A very strong side and deserving winners
-
Some of the gamesmanship (woman) is clear as well. Experience tells
-
I think context is important here between these sides.
It is not just that England have been professional for years rather than just a couple.
It is more that they have a mature season long club comp that actually gives these players more big game situations and consistent quality matches.
If NZ can build over time with the domestic comps and keep the professional investment k think we can get back to the very top
-
Yep, it feels like she is giving them the rub if the green right now

This Black Ferns Vs England game is a pretty good watch.
England remain on top but the Black Ferns building back.
Definitely hope for the future there
-
I would like to see it more actively policed for sure.
Thing is you can't send a medic away from the pitch and I worry no ref (without some pressure ahead of it) will take strong enough action.
-
@dogmeat true that
I was pleased he did but honestly it carried in regardless and when teams are happy to be dishonest the injury stuff is problematic.
I guess I just thought there would be more noise as it is so clear as Rassie constantly screams in his π€ the medics are running it to the pitch.
Not a fan of that direction of travel.

I might have missed it in the match threads but after the second semi last week I found it pretty awful the way Medics and water are now being used and are sprinting on the pitch the moment there is any form of break.
Haven't seem a lot of chat this week on it which suprised me as I thought it for so blatant on Saturday that NZ would make a point of it ahead of the game.
Any suggestions for the ways forward?
-
I was pleased to get in the Herald on the day of the Semi Final.
Hopefully just building a familiarity for people feeling it has always been a thing π

Elliott is a good lad, have had a bit of contact with him and appreciate the Rugby Direct shout out.
Making good progress on worming my way into the subconscious of international rugby fans.
Just shy of 500,000 views on TikTok in the last 28 days too which is helpful π

What legend made that image ππ
-
Taking my eldest (9) to this and really looking forward to it.
Been trying to keep an eye out for any AB public facing sessions but haven't spotted any.
He mainly wants to meet a Barrett brother π

Remarkable performance from Jonas
Nuts to take so much time out of Pogi and the rest of the field

Shit, didn't realise this was on at this time and it is a Utrecht Shield match which could change hands!
