Short story - I need to drop maximum weight in minumum time.<br />
<br />
Long story -Â I have just over a month till a big music festival at Byron Bay and just over 2 months till a trip to Brazil. I am 21 and should be at optimum fitness, yet two years of no organised sport and a steady diet of crap and my weight has ballooned to around the 100kg mark, I should be around 85-90kg. I have started by cutting out carbs, (apart from the KFC i smashed on Sat night) and have recently acquired a bar to do some curls and I don't mind doing sit-ups. <br />

Any tips/pointers/meal suggestions would be gold...
