I'm gonna contribute to this weight goal setting.<br />

Current weight: 76 kg (6ft tall)<br />
Goal weight in 3 weeks: 78 kg.<br />

You see, I have been travelling in asia recently and lost almost 10kg in 10 weeks even including eating and drinking more than I would at home. I have a very heavy fortnight of drinking coming up with O'week so if I can only gain 2 kg then it will be a huge success. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />

Exercise regimen: couple of push ups and chin ups here or there, plus rugby training once or twice a week.<br />

Diet: stop drinking... yea right. cut out the soft drinks maybe a option. (just add a shot of whiskey to every glass of coke?).
