@Machpants sorry if I have an opinion that you don't like. Your safe space and cuddly toy are to your left. Your therapist is on her way.

Scot Barrett needs to work on talking to the media. Not a great interview.
-
@Machpants hahaha funny man

I'm surprised we haven't had a report to say Blackadder is injured
-
@Bones I really hope he spares us that embarrassing sight.
-
Not posted for a number of years, but hear goes.
Blackadder seems to me to be another Ruben Thorne and I can't see him making it through the training sessions without breaking down yet again. Barrett captain hmm really I think he's a bit of a liability at international level due to the number of red and yellow cards he gets. At the moment I'm not drinking Robertson's cool aid I hope he doesn't turn out to be "The Emperors New Clothes" type -
Anyone know when Dane Coles will be back?

@majorrage And I GAF what you think of my spelling.
And punctuation?
As Mark Richardson used to say no one likes a corrector.
As Mark Richardson meant, if he was smart enough to realise it - "nobody who always gets shit wrong likes a corrector".
Glade to hear that you get everything right in life.

Ian Foster explains why Mo'unga wasn't released for Mitre 10 Cup (video in article):
The more and more I hear Foster talk I think we are in good hands going forward after Shag.
Ahhhhhhhhh!
Foster talked up a storm for the Chiefs too. He's a likeable man, who knows a lot about rugby.
What he couldn't do was sustain good performances in his teams. Something was wrong with the way he mentally prepared them. The Chiefs were fragile, even when winning.
Also he couldn't sack his favourites. Promising players who were promoted but didn't deliver (de Malmanche, say) were never dropped.
He's not a terrible coach, but we have better options.
Please don't compare those swamp rats from the Waikato to the AB environment thats like comparing a zephar to a procshe

@wreck-diver interesting how he says "and I felt...we felt as a coaching group..."
Tbh I think if he has the right people around him I can't see any issues, maybe Razor to come in under him as the heir apparent?
Thats like suggesting Deans should have been AB coach 2008

@wreck-diver In the day people used to joke that there was a shiver running up and down Bill Rowlings's back looking for a spine.
Thats probably because he was a Labour muppet

I canโt see them starting a test match with Richie at 10 and Jordie at 15. Not this early in their careers. Given the importance of our 10 and 15 in counter attack, playmaking etc, they need at least one of our experienced heads to be there.
Exactly.
The spine runs from 2 to 8, 9, 10 and 15. A rookie 10 should be supported with experience at 12 and 15.
That's another bogan ball term that's crept into rugby

@akan004 yeah I know, same applies to Cane, and I expect with the head knocks it is largely bad luck (poor technique the odd time) so if they are right then they are right...although they are still learning when it comes to the effects of concussion arent they.
I think you are right there. I lot of players have bad tackle techniques, getting the head in the wrong position, tackling off the wrong shoulder resulting in HIA for them.

@derm-mccrum what shitting himself.
Someone already knocked that easy ball out of the park hours ago. Swinging at empty air is not a good look on here. You need to be on your toes.
Neither is using logic.

I'd play Beauden Barrett at 15, allowing him to come up to first receiver a lot. The best of both worlds. Murray can take the exit plays, moves etc, but Beauden comes in if he sees a hole.
I want a goalkicker somewhere in the team, and Beauden isn't it.
When did we start using bogan ball terms, first receiver. 1st 5 or stand off please.
Pot, kettle
Sorry I meant to write fly half, but its to late now.
