I give up <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />!

Today we docked a few late's and find it strange that all last week the fitness was coming along nicely. Bringing a mob of ewe's and lambs up a hill into the yards set up on slope, and when about to pen them go hell for leather and run up hill like mad chasing them in with dogs and rattles. By Friday it gets easier after doing 6 to 10 paddocks a day, today after 3 days of not docking and the first paddock of the day and I thought I was going to die after running up hill behind mob.
How long does it take for fitness to wear off? -

OK, back too the Fatbusting.

Seems I've had a bloody good Christmas and New Year....

Weighed in yesterday morning before breaky at 107kgs butt naked.

No real game plan this time except cutting down on some things like booze and bad foods and knocking other things off the menu completely like lollies. The lucky thing for me is I live a good 35mins from any shop, so I can't just pop out for a pie or cream donut. MrsPaj does the shopping in bulk and there's no show of "treats" like previous times.

We are now in the busy part of the season and weaning the lambs, so doing a fair amount of walking the hills mustering and taking stock away from Yards up the hill. So now making a bigger effort to leave 4wheeler behind and walk instead.

Goal- Not sure of a weight...would like to crack the double figures, but mainly to feel fitter and healthier. -

Whenever you post about your farming Paj, I think of Wal Footrot battling away on a keyboard late at night with the dog sitting at his feet.

Classic...unfortunatly no dogs inside rule here!

Weigh in this morning and 106kgs -
107kgs this morning.

A very bad weekend drinking and eating at The Mission watching Eric Clapton. So don't feel so bad about weight.

Mrs Paj has joined a few of the girls in the district and is on Weight Watchers and counting the points. She is focused and losing weight and after seeing how (fairly) easy it is to eat the right food with the right points have decided to use her books and count out for 2 months.

35 Points for this big boy!! -

That point system works a treat Paj,the mrs has been using it for a while now,tho she doesnt go to Weight Watchers meetings.Has this neat little book which shows points for almost everything.Think 23 points per day is the norm. -
Stuck to the points system like a hawk until Friday when we went to a wedding in the Naki....completely lost it with eating all the nibbles and drinking the night away. Een had a few smokes during the night after giving up 9 months ago. Was a big night.

Weigh in this morning = 105kgs

Happy with that considering finding and eating a packet of pinneapple lump mashmellow easter egg things last night, 6 of the beautiful things in one sittng..... -
Gone back to start of thread and noticed it's almost a year since starting. Also my start weight was 108kgs which I think I may have told a little porky pie or my scales where broken! I remember getting on the cattle scales in August and weighing 120kgs fully clothed. Might pop along to cattle yards tomorrow and weigh self again, only problem ishard to do on own as have to standin middle of cattle crate and reach through with alcathen pipe and push "weigh" button on scales.

Sounds like a binge session Paj..
Must make it tough when you try to be strong and stick to a plan and then get invited to special occasions like weddings etc,not to mention get thru Xmas and New Years..and then you see the Warehouse already selling easter eggs!
