Just lost the mojo at the moment, bloody pisses me off, especially after the week started so well!!
Wednesday, still no Mojo.Â Rowed morning and night, 3500 each time, 14 odd minutes each time - thats a 2:00/500 rate.Â useless eh.

D-up PB's have been getting a bit of a knocking this year, have gone past old marks quite often - at the moment just tyring to get a base in of faster rowing, so when I give them a nudge again, I'll be able to knock them off again.Â Blew my 10k time out of the water (so to speak) by 41 seconds a week or so back.Â Anyway, PBs at the moment...

How's the head? I had the gunk building up in the sinuses this time last week. Three days of Cold n Flu tablets combined with Horseradish and Garlic tablets, a stack of liquid, no exercise for that period along with heaps of sleep, and I was right. Keep taking the tablets even when you start to feel better - got to kill it right off. If you're not better after three days, see the Doc.
Just fing ther gallons of water, heaps of fresh fruit thing / veges early nights thing - no change, just having to get up to piss all night!!
