Bought myself a drone. Specifically a Parrot Anafi because of it's "follow me" capability while I'm on the bike (adv bike because it's certainly not going to keep up with the super sports). The quality of the camera is superb for its size.
The only problem is it doesn't have obstacle avoidance like the DJI Mavic Air but tracks much, much better.
I'm also considering a SkyDio R1 after seeing this video for heavily wooded areas. Looks like the best of both worlds.

@antipodean Incredible tech now. The thing about it is that tech simpletons like myself can easily use it.
I can't think of the last toy I purchased. (Unless Golf Clubs are included)

Yeah, I took it for a little test flight on the weekend and it was super easy to control considering I'm not some experienced RC pilot. As easy as unbox, power on, connect to phone and tell it what I want it to do. You can ring fence it so it won't go beyond a certain distance and will land if battery power is almost drained.

NRMA cover it in home insurance. I haven't looked into it enough solely because it would be cost effective to leave it at the scene and buy another.
