Yeah its tricky to get proper measurements mark. I find the problem is compression of body fat - sometimes you pull the tape a bit harder to get a better result <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Whooh hooh! That's 6kg of fat collectively skimmed from Ferners already (ignoring the two of us that have been packing it on). Good job mark_s-- 4kg!

Maybe we should look at it in proportionate terms as the heavy weights like me do have a bit of an advantage.

I have added incentive now to lose more kegs - the work insurance company has told me that they will not provide me with DII insurance due to my height to weight ratio (i.e. BMI). The fuckers.

I decided to skip results Week 2.

Results week 3 will be posted tonight after I have gone for a run and had a dump. Also posted will be another MvJ pep-talk special. I assume you will all be sitting by your computers waiting for the post.
That is all.
