@JustAnotherFan You have a very strange attitude towards sports. Here in NZ, we've got pride in playing, whatever sport we play. Everyone who gets the opportunity to represent our country, has pride in playing in the black jersey. That's why we never throw games. You always play to win.

@justanotherfan Irrelevant. Slim chance we get past Cup QF. And as I said, we never throw games.

That is what Stephen Smith, David Warner and Bancroft said as well, but they were Australian ...

    Half time: NZ 7 - 7 Samoa

NZ is struggling against this Samoa team that, by the way, got smashed by Fiji last night. If NZ doesn't improve much, we're going to get crushed by Fiji as well.

There is no way the ABs sevens B team is within shouting distance of beating Fiji

@stargazer I wouldn't bother, this is the poster who only appears if SA are doing well, hence only popping up for 7s threads and completely disappearing at the pointy end of super rugby and the rugby championship. Struggles to understand simple meanings of posts too, not much point.

NZ will probably be contesting the final against Fiji

NZ up 28-0 against USA with 4 mins to go. Wish it would shut the Sky commentators up

Brilliant effort by the NZ youngsters to make the semis. Way to bounce back.

NZ finishes off USA 35 - 7. Highest score in 5 years against them. More than an upset.

Yeah where did that come from? Well done to the youngsters! That is a USA 7s team unaffected by the CG's, too.

I noticed Titch is in HK not GC. Looking at the Samoan results perhaps he wishes he was.

He is being paid to coach Samoa so it's only natural that he would be with them in Hong Kong. No doubt hits team thumping England must have given him a decent dollop of satisfaction.

Also, while some countries have sent their 'b' team to Hong Kong, Samoa hasn't. So probably, Titch and his whole team will travel to the GC after they're finished in HK.

That answers my question. I wasn't too familiar with who was in the top Samoan team.
