Fat lazy git: Donsteppa
-
Yeah the Coke Zero is pretty bloody good Don. A mate of mine is a fiend for the regular stuff but is amazed at the taste and says if it wasn't for the lack of sugar he'd drink it all the time. As it is he drinks a strict 1:1 ratio, but then he dragonboats nearly every day so needs the energy.

Still hovering around 83-84kgs but seem to be losing fat (slowly) and gaining muscle. <br />
<br />
Yesterday: Biked to rugby training and back and helped out with a couple of the drills as Assistant Gopher as requested. Got to watch JP fat busting instead of participating as I'm likely to be out much of the time with work this year. Then did some free weights, situps, ad a 20 minute jog. <br />
<br />
Today: Mmmmm. KFC. :whistle: 25 minute bike ride and 25 minute run, situps and free weights. No coke though -

That Coke Zero is good. Becareful though, it has more caffeine than normal coke (but less than diet coke). -
Still 83kgs, been a bit mixed on diet and exercise. Had a fill-in game yesterday for the Presidents against my old/current/not sure what I'm doing this year under 85kgs side as they were a bit short for the preseason game (that I'd planned on watching). Lots of work needed would be a fair assessment...

On balance, a relatively useless week all round! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
<br />
However, still 83kgs and plotting to get back into it this week. -

Yep, that's how I found myself fat-bustingÂ<br />
<br />
Could possibly claim an 82kgs today but it was before breakfast and after a visit to the bog -
Amazing, despite running only twice a week and eating like a small pig I've been wavering between 82kg and 83kg. Giving me incentive to step it up again to really get some results <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
<br />
Still thats down from 87kgs at the start of the year -
That'll do pig. That'll do <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Have tried the Coke Zero and while it's not quite the Evil Filth that is Diet Coke, it's still on a slippery slope. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> -
Do your exercise first thing the morning steppa, apparently it is the best time to burn fat.
