    Willie is back n bad.........<br />
    <br />
    The calfs following "zara's" personal training last Wednesday bloody near killed me, They where tight but then willie went to step on Thursday morning drove down to see a customer in Thames about and hour away, got out of the car and could hardly bloody move!! Seriously if Zara wasn't half as cute and stopped telling me to "give her 3 more" and "that's it squeeze it up" I wouldn't have been in half the pain.<br />
    <br />
    Worse part was I turned up to Bart's and he only half laughed and almost gave me a sympathy look - farrrrrrk I hate that.<br />
    <br />
    Weekend envolved zero exercise but willie was a good boy in the kai department - few beers at a wedding but hey had to be done.<br />
    <br />
    Got the call from the gym today my 1st weight in is next Tuesday night - great 8 days to go hard and see what if anything I have achieved!!

    it's all in the measurements Willie.  Wish I had measured up when we both did out weigh in last last Xmas, when I was a petite 118kgs of pure muscle...  Certainly am a shirt size down now, and all my jeans n shit hanging off me now.  Very sucky moter.  But baggy is in eh...  <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />
    <br />
    I also had a beer at the weekend - the last of the Carlsbergs at Mr Bartmans place as I watched the rugby scoffing fown a BK whopper.  MMMMMMMmmmmm, it was worth the wait.  <br />
    <br />
    Just waiting for my chicken n broccoli stirfry now....

    Did you have any moments of nausea? My body seems to be registering high levels of fats by smell and taste, and giving my brain a queasy feeling.

    Yeah I had a quarter pounder on Saturday and couldn't finish the large fries that came with it. Of course I had the mother-in-law on hand to keep me pissed off so maybe that's where the nauseous feeling came from? :nta

    Mr The Weka did pull out earlier than some others on that Friday night in Taupo, so did show some discipline there. His lack of imbibing over the previous few weeks did however manifest itself in his getting very pissed, very early, and flirting outrageously with our customers' wife over dinner.  <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />

    Willie very nervously went to the gym last night for his 1st assesment.<br />
    <br />
    4 weeks and 1 day into the challenge. Willie stepped onto the scales and has lost 6.2kg :whistle:<br />
    <br />
    Down to a fat 93.5kg<br />
    <br />
    All the skin folds had improvement and the chest, shoulders, waist and hip measurements where in the right direction.<br />
    <br />
    Apparently I lost 7.5kg of fat and put on 1.3kg of mussle - no idea how they work that out - don't care just rapt that after a month of exercise, little piss and eating properly has seen results.<br />
    <br />
    On track for the dream of 15kg in the 3 months.<br />
    <br />
    Willie celebrated with a steak and egg burger, peice of fish, chips and a hot dog washed down with a cold heinie. No regrets either it tasted as good as what the cravings had said it would!!<br />
    <br />
    Back into it today with Bodycombat at 5.30pm and RPM tomorrow at 6am.<br />
    Gym closed Friday and Monday so will attempt a couple of rows at Barts over the weekend.

    Willie had a weekend off. Spent most of the time with the Bartman and his whanau.<br />
    <br />
    Zero exercise, apart from a game of touch with the junior willies.<br />
    <br />
    Food was a shocker, hot cross bun, 2x hamburgers and fries at Rainbows end, then chinese smorgy for lunch yesterday 2x helpings.<br />
    <br />
    Back into it today with RPM class, weights session with the beautiful Zara tonight, and food back on track. Bumped into my main BFL competition at Gym this morning, the bastard lost 7kg at first weight in, .8 more than willie, simple answer work harder and stop the cheating.

    Wille is probably lucky he's not coming to Whiritoa tomorrow night as Shark has a sneaking suspicion that the Heineken and pinot will take a hammering, as will the waistline.  fishing

    Willie happy with the long weekend s efforts<br />
    <br />
    Stayed away from Shark so didn't have any beers!!<br />
    <br />
    Friday had a Bodycombat class at 6am then a 6pm RPM class<br />
    <br />
    Saturday had a 8am Bodyattack class<br />
    <br />
    Sunday did an hour cardio on bike and treadmill<br />
    <br />
    Monday Did the 6pm Bodycombat class<br />
    <br />
    Tuesday Did a session with Bartman, 20min rower a pathetic 4311m Barty was 5000 and something!!<br />
    Then 10min on bike then a upper body session - get facilities at the TGA gym - nice soak in the spa and pools afterwards.<br />
    Missed my 1:1 session with Zara due to long weekend traffic getting back to Auckland.<br />
    <br />
    Today did the 6am RPM class. <br />
    <br />
    Food all good healthy stuff as well, belt in another knotch and felling great. Started taking hydroxcut tablets, apparently they increase your body temp, which helps metabilsism and when working out makes you sweet more, sure does!! RPM class this morning had a huge puddle of willies previous lifes beer dipping out.<br />
    <br />
    Sunday was the official half way stage.

    Willie is on fire, and appears so confident of becoming an adonis that he has volunteered a work team for the Lake Taupo bike race in November. In doing so and notifying our team of the impending challenge, Willie even saw fit to publicly take the piss out of Sharks' (lack of) effort to lose the old spare tyre (excuse the pun). <br />
    <br />
    If it hadn't been pissing down in Chch tonight, Shark would have cleaned up in the Hagley Park social tennis tourney. And then undone all his good work by going to the rubbedy dub after.

    How do you manage to be eating BK in Whanga Bart?  Are you one of those dudes that drives to Tauranga buys a dozen whoppers, then takes them home and puts em in the freezer?<br />
    <br />
    When I lived in Chicago used to go through a burger drivethru called White Castle.  Their specialty was mini double cheese burgers called Sliders which were about the size of a squash ball.  Used to order a bag of 6 and eat them on the way home before my dinner. They had mini fries and all the trimmings in dwarf portions.  Had a big gut back then!
