Thanx.

I'm trying to my best to keep going. Some mornings I feel like not to bother to pitch up at gym and the other mornings I can't seem to get to gym quickly enough. But everytime I finshed with my session I feel great and I can't imagine to start the day with a good 'ol running session.

    Hi

No I haven't stoped fatbusting, I just haven't had the time to post a report on my progress as yet.

Well it's going full steam ahead, 7km jogging, 5km cycling, 1.2km rowing with some situps and pushups. Legs are feeling ok, just feeling sometimes discomfort in the left leg, but that will subside as I loose some more weight.

well done G Man, keep it going. Right about the pain, the more you lose, the less body pain you will get. I used to get killer pain in my feet - dead centre, where you would imagine that Jesus bloke got the nails done. Anyway, got scans, cat scans, xrays, everything under the mdeical sun, but nothing wrong. I had a feeling though I knew what it was, and was right. 15 kilos lighter, and strangely enough, I have no problems with me feet any more.

    Hi

Well my legs gave some troubles again this morning. I only manage about 4km in jogging. I did push my cycling up to 7km and did 10min on the virtual climber. I actually feel like I did more work out than I normally do, this morning. So I think I might switch over to this routine now.

I put on a trouser that I haven't wear for the last 4 years and it's sitting pretty good. So my waist now is 112 cm. Kewl.

Well still going on with the gym. Doing 6km jog now, just 'till my legs feel better, 5km cycling, 1,2km rowing and 10 min on the virtual climber. Slowly but surely some of my old clothes are starting to fit again. I can now wear a size 112cm trousers 😁. Almost there!

Was back at the gym on Wednesday morning. Feeling much better, did my 7km jog, 1,2km rowing, 5 km cycling and 10 min on the virtual climber. Today was weigh in day and weighed in at 124,3kg. That is total of 9kg loss since the beginning of April.

My legs are starting to feel much better now on the jog and hopefully I should reach the 10km mark soon.
Well still going on strongly, just don't have the time to post. Every morning at the gym doing 7km jog, 5km cycling, 10 min virtual climber and 1,2km rowing. There was a "Well awareness" campaign today at work where a local hospital came and tested your sugar, cholestrol, blood pressure, eyes, etc. So I did sugar, cholestrol and blood pressure. My sugar is 4.4, cholestrol 4,4, blood pressure is 142/78 & pulse was 55 bpm.

So the gymming is starting to pay off and hopefully get my cholestrol a little bit down and my stress levels as well.

Well still going on with my fatbusting! Doing my 7km jog, 1,5km rowing now, 15 min virtual climber & situps and pushups every morning. Did weigh in today and weighed in at 120,2kg. So that's 13,6kg lost so far.

Next week Saturday doing a spinathon for charity. Never did spinning in my life so I shall see how it goes. Luckily it's only 45 min. long, but I know it's going to feel like 45 hours. :shifty:

G-Man, that pain you descibe sounds like the pain you get from incorrect running shoes. Most shoes are nuetral in bias, but if for instance your feet pronate, you will either need to insert supports into the shoe or buy a shoe that specifivcally caters for your type of foot. My recommendation would be to go see a an orthopedic or sports medicine bloke and find out what type of feet you have and the best way to shod them.

This is especially important for us heavy feckers.

To answer your questions Hooroo, yes I'm still on the fatbusting. If I don't go to the gym in the mornings I feel "fat", so to speak. I went for weigh in today and I weighed in at 118Kg. So that's from 133Kg at the begining of April to the middle of August.

The spinathon went great, except that my arse was violated! :shifty: I dunno how those cyclists can do it with those sadles, eish!

I seriously need to get new trousers, but I want to wait untill I reach size 40". I'm on 42" now and most of my clothes are either 44" or 46". I also need to get new running shoes as mine are stuffed now and I get chin splinters everytime I go for a jog. So in the mean time I do the virtual climber, which is friggen excellent. Everytime I'm done there is a pool of sweat on the bottom, great machine to get your heart pumping.

I also started with weights last week. So I think my weight fall will slow down now a bit since my muscles will develop now, again.

Well I'm trying, hopefully I can reach 90kg before the end of the year, or even just 100kg.

No I still have not quit Fatbusters. Gyming has been going good. Got some new running shoes and I'm back at doing 6km a day. Will weigh in on Monday again. My metabolism has become faster as well and my toilet paper budget has gone through the roof! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Other than that there is no other new news.
Yea, I'm enjoying the weights very much! I did hit a snag though. Last week Tuesday I somehow injured my lower back muscles and was at home for two days and just relaxed the rest of the week. I started again this morning. I only did a 2.5km run and with situps. Pushups I can't do at the moment, but I will start to strengthen my back with some decent execrises.

Did a weigh in this morning and the scale stoped at 115Kg. In total so far now is 18.3Kg.

that is excellent going - keep it up. Took me about 18 months to go from 118 to 96. Doing heaps of weights now with a prop mate who is probably pretty much at where you started right now. He's lost 9kg since we've started.
