Keep it up Barnya; remember- no pain, no gain. Or should that be no pain, no loss? Oh well, you know what your mad uncle Miller means.Â

Thanks Auntie Em, when I'm in Sydney this summer I'll be sure to buy you a Carlton Low Joule beer.

With apologies to Blackadder, not while I've still got my strength you won't  :happy: <br />
<br />
A bottle of the house red will do nicely. That will be followed by a fried chicken burger and a hug, provided Aunty Em can still get her arms around you. On current form I don't like your chances of running away  :happy:

A Big Bondi with fries is sounding so fucking good right now.  With a pide from Darling Kebab House.  And a kebab.  And a lamb Madras.  And a Hawaiian BK Chicken.  And a chili dog.  And a double bacon guacamole cheeseburger from Carl's Jr.  And a 6-pack of Coopers Vintage.<br />
<br />
Oh god.<br />

Not yet Hooroo but I've had it a couple of times in Singapore.  Their smallest burger is about the size of a whopper.<br />
<br />
The day Krispy Kreme comes to New Zealand we are really fucked.

I know.  I've had two Aussie mates smuggle me some in their carry-on luggage  :happy:<br />
<br />
If I lived in America I'd be the fattest bastard ever.  Especially in SoCal the Mexican food, burgers, ribs and everything are just sensational.  If you're ever in La Jolla, stop in for dinner at The Spot.  Most unbelieveably good burgers and ribs ever.  Fuck I'm hungry!

You're not in Barn's headspace right now then <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> The true evil of them is they feel so light and fluffy when eating them, but the guys making Krispy Kreme seem to have somehow made sugar into a gaseous form to fill all the holes in the bread itself <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /><br />
<br />
Barn, some words of encouragement: Get the fuck on with it.

Seconded by MvJ. This is not a forum to talk about cakes and pies. <br />
<br />

but yet you're more than happy to discuss various strategies of injecting flavour into your stir-fry chicken, Emma?  :nta Double standards, methinks. :whistle:

Emma has been a mild-mannered mod for this forum so far RB. Let us not anger her <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

Emma also doesn't understand the double standard. Posters are free, and indeed encouraged, to discuss healthy food in this forum.

Red Bull accepts Captain Millers point, and is duly admonished :happy: Additionally, profound apologies are extended.

Thursday 19 July 2006:<br />
<br />
31min at a healthy pace on the treadmill (5km)<br />
30mins leg weights, not too strenuous, I don't want to embarrass myself in front of all the gym junkies.<br />
<br />
Breakfast: two slices of wholemeal toast with marmite<br />
Lunch: Lentil stew with veges, a toffee pop, an apple and two wholegrain crackers<br />
Dinner: One-pot chicken and rice with veges, <br />
<br />
Snacking: NONE<br />
<br />
Total weight lost since log began (1 week): bupkis.  Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Nah it's normal Barn, the body doesn't always burn fat straight away. Give it some time.
