Well I'm trying, hopefully I can reach 90kg before the end of the year, or even just 100kg.

    Howzit all
No I still have not quit Fatbusters. Gyming has been going good. Got some new running shoes and I'm back at doing 6km a day. Will weigh in on Monday again. My metabolism has become faster as well and my toilet paper budget has gone through the roof! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Other than that there is no other new news.

    Cheers Bart
Yea, I'm enjoying the weights very much! I did hit a snag though. Last week Tuesday I somehow injured my lower back muscles and was at home for two days and just relaxed the rest of the week. I started again this morning. I only did a 2.5km run and with situps. Pushups I can't do at the moment, but I will start to strengthen my back with some decent execrises.

Did a weigh in this morning and the scale stoped at 115Kg. In total so far now is 18.3Kg.

that is excellent going - keep it up. Took me about 18 months to go from 118 to 96. Doing heaps of weights now with a prop mate who is probably pretty much at where you started right now. He's lost 9kg since we've started.

G Man do you use Mieliepap in your diet Broer? Drop the weight until you have to jump under the shower to get wet. Luckily this Boer dont have to worry about weight. I have to eat more to have a afdak over my Mercedes. :nta

Well I am a Vaalie and do eat pap sometimes. I hate you buggers that can eat anything and still stay thin. I tend to stray of the Fatbusting sometimes, but then I pull myself together and tell myself eat correctly damit!
Well, I'm currently weighing still in around 113-114 kg's, but the belt is going looser and looser. Doing alot more things and not sweating anymore.

GMan if I can give you Boere advise on keeping your weight. It is everything about eating. My daily eating habit is breakfast (fry egg or ham and cheese omelet or scramble) with enough bacon or sausage, two slices bread and a coffee. Lunch a pie, or a toe broodjie with biltong and dry sausage and a big boere dinner containing, meat (chicken, Lam neck chops, chicken snitchel with a stysel and veggies and a few glasses of wine. The secret is to eat a BIG breakfast , a light lunch and a BIG dinner but NO in between. Those in betweeners is the problem.
