Hawkes bay pretty grubby at the ruck so far. They should be a bit mindful.

Ili needs to release that ball once his knee is down.

    That's a woeful call.

Segner needed to release him but instead lifted him over the line.

That was double movement, very poor call.

Yay more "reason" for the AB's coaches to pick Shannon.

Put him in charge of the tea urn, he can protect it from Suzie

Good pressure from Ta$man has brought them right back into it. Bastards.

He can reach out and place the ball, but I can see them not allowing it as he tried to propel himself forward. Wasn't released either tho.

Nearly had to take the dog for a walk after 20 minutes. 🙂

Ta$man growing into the game - most promising thing was that scrum we won. And Mitch's goal kicking.

To be fair, Hawkes Bays tries have largely been very good - though the last one (?) involved about three miraculous recoveries from near knock ons.

Yeah, as I said above it was who Segner actually pulled him over the line. I wouldn't have minded if they hadn't awarded it, we had penalty advantage anyway.

Or penalty try, as tackler not releasing did not allow him to place the ball over the line for a probable try
