Josh Augustine again! Making a great tackle, just when a NP player seems to have made a break. Napier ball.

And again! He's having a blinder! He should really be a candidate for the NZ schoolboys team, this year.

Napier Boys have scored again. I couldn't see who scored in the left corning, which isn't covered by the camera.

41 - 29 to Napier with only a few minutes left.

It's all Napier at the moment. Really playing well in the last quarter.

Ah, that's a pity. A forward pass. Almost another try to Napier.

And it's all over. Napier win another game.

Full time: Napier 41 - 29 New Plymouth

Just as I type that. Taurango finally score a try. Honestly, they deserved that one.

    No conversion.

    21 - 17 Hastings

    Still a few minutes left.

Hastings now playing in the right half (Tauranga's), but Tauranga have the ball and passes stick. They're back at half-way when the ref awards a penalty to Tauranga.

Not long to go; I hope Hastings can hold on to their lead ...

Terrible communication in that Hastings squad. His team mates tell Monte Timu to kick the ball out, thinking time's up, but it isn't. Now Tauranga just get the ball back. In Hastings half.

Hastings win the line-out. Great steal.

Hastings Boys' kick the ball out, after the ref indicated that time was up. Hastings just hold on to the win. Just. Defence can win games.

Full time: Hastings Boys' 21 - 17 Tauranga Boys'

As expected, Lindisfarne wasn't so lucky in their home game, suffering a big loss.

    Lindisfarne 19 - 35 St Peter's (Cambridge)

Different from what the title says, this is a highlights video of the Napier Boys' v New Plymouth Boys' game.

It's getting interesting on the Super 8 table. And Tribe can't read their own info about tiebreakers. Napier tops the table because they won the head-to-head v Hamilton.

By the way, Napier Boys' last round robin game is extra important, this Wednesday. Not only will they play to stay at the top of the table and basically need a bonus point win to achieve that, but it's also the Polson Banner game! Napier Boys' are the current holders. Unfortunately, it's in Palmerston North, so it won't be easy.

Interestingly, Hastings Boys also have a role to play in whether Napier Boys will play the Super 8 final at home or not, as they play Hamilton Boys' on Saturday. Another difficult game, because the game is in Hamilton.

@Stargazer And we all know the difficulties encountered when playing Hamilton and the inevitable late disputable calls that invariably go against visiting teams!

@Higgins Yes, especially because the Moascar Cup will be on the line in that game!

Palmy Boys just lost a player to an early injury.

Btw, I downloaded the Whakaata Māori app on my phone and watching it that way. No need for YouTube.
