Legs today, and have a new workout - whcih is pretty similar to an old one, but you mind quickly forgets the pain...

Anyway, want to give your legs a reason to abandon your body and tell you to sod off you bastard, try this...

10 minute walking lunges to kick off.

Then, super-set leg extensions with squats - both as heavy as you can go. As weights mean nothing, I will put in body percentages.

so leg extension is 76% of bodyweight (66 kg, all the machine had), and then squats at 144% (125kg), sets of ten - 12 on the extension, as after 10 there was still gas in the tank!

Then, hamstring curls, 62% (54kg), with straight legged deadlifts 75% (65kg), 3 sets, 10 reps.

Jump from there to box step ups, 15 each leg, continuous, until you have done each leg twice. Follow that straight away with one legged lunges with your bacl leg up on a bench. like a one legged squat really, don't know what you call it, but it fucking hurts! Step ups with 15 kg in each hand.

finish with seated calf press, one drop set until you can go no more.

ten minute cycle to clear the lactic from your legs, and go to work...!!

LOVING IT

Dude that is worse than some of the torture treatment being dished out in Guantanamo Bay!!! give me waterboarding anyday!! However I do have a real attraction to the super-set type exercises. No matter how strong/fit you get they will always deal to you - beautiful!!
