Fatbusting: Paj Log

Stuck to the points system like a hawk until Friday when we went to a wedding in the Naki....completely lost it with eating all the nibbles and drinking the night away. Een had a few smokes during the night after giving up 9 months ago. Was a big night.<br />

Weigh in this morning = 105kgs<br />

Happy with that considering finding and eating a packet of pinneapple lump mashmellow easter egg things last night, 6 of the beautiful things in one sittng..... -
Gone back to start of thread and noticed it's almost a year since starting. Also my start weight was 108kgs which I think I may have told a little porky pie or my scales where broken! I remember getting on the cattle scales in August and weighing 120kgs fully clothed. Might pop along to cattle yards tomorrow and weigh self again, only problem ishard to do on own as have to standin middle of cattle crate and reach through with alcathen pipe and push "weigh" button on scales.

Sounds like a binge session Paj..<br />
Must make it tough when you try to be strong and stick to a plan and then get invited to special occasions like weddings etc,not to mention get thru Xmas and New Years..and then you see the Warehouse already selling easter eggs! -
Tel me about it...there's not a night that goes by where the phone dosen't ring for a party invitation.....<br />

Serously, it's like that Friends episode about Fun Bob....I just can't go to a party and eat the carot sticks and drink water. I am 200% funnier after a few beers. -

Anyways, back from honeymoon and both MrsPaj and I have decided to give it a good nudge this time and make a effort.<br />
<br />
Have bought a bike stand thingy so we are able to exercise on bike in lounge now.<br />
<br />
Also local women in district have a "Fat Club" running andI have been invited to join! The lady running it does Weight Watches points thing and have got all my bits and peices yesterday and am away laughing now.<br />
<br />
Weigh in is every Wed morning at 8.30am so will shoot down on bike and weigh in with "the girls" -

Missed this weeks weigh in as they now changed it to an afternoon sessions and at a different persons place each week. Might head to chief weigher tomorrow night for update.
