or we could walk the 'hooroo run' in the hills behind Whangamata - will take an hour and a bit if you want to do something different?

Weighted in this morning a trimmer 110.6kgs down a further 1.7kgs from last Monday and 4.2kgs overall.
Could have been better too, I was 110.3 on Friday before a weekend at Whangamata eating heaps of dead bbq'd animal and drinking heaps of Waikato with Bartman and Fonz.....arrh great night chaps, like the old days....
Still happy with the 1.7, tough week ahead with the sevens and loads of drinking and shit food ahead this weekend too, so big effort early in the week on exercise and diet and see what happens....

Weighted in this morning a tubby 111.7kgs a gain of 1.4kgs over the week.
Welly sevens not good for the body but awesome for the soul....Shit food all weekend including KFC, burgers and fries x2, full cooked brekkiesx3, and a Hells Pizza all to my fat self...plus loads of piss and zero exercise....ahh.. Wouldn't have missed it though, Barty was in great form particularly early on the Friday, poor old wolf features forgot the 7's is a marathon and went at the piss drinkin in Tracks bar like a sprinter.....home he went with Little Red Riding hood at 5pm....hehehehe

Back to the gym tonight, back on the good food, and zero piss until under 108kgs as punishment....

Been a very good fatty by going to the gym 3x this week. Not going anywhere on the weekend either so will fit in another couple of sessions as well. Hopefully will have lost the gain from last weekend, plus a wee bit...
Food going good, and have been piss free for 4days.....bring on the sub 108kg and I'll have a few bevvies....

Yippie, weighed in at 109.9kg on Saturday morning. Eating going well, and loving the gym at present so motivation pretty good. Great to see some result on the scales as well.
2kgs to go and I can have beer or 6....

Far be it for me to tempt you but....

in this warm weather a beer is always nice, no one here will deny it. Perhaps you can look at low carb options like Macs Spring tide or pure blonde ?

    Weight this morning 108.3kg

Loving the exercise at the mo, getting a bit fitter and actually looking forward to my workouts rather than going and hoping I don't pull anything haha

Food going ok, zero beers definately helping.

Its funny a few (4) people have commented on me losing some weight, its nice but knowing i still have 18.3kgs to go makes me smile at them thinking if only you knew.....

    Back and bad.

Had our conference all week and ate and drank and did zero exercise. Haven't stepped on scales since last report but fully expecting to have gained a couple of kgs.
Thats all good cause I'm still motivated and ready to lose this weeks before making more progress.
Gym planned for twice over the weekend

haha sorry been slack posting of late.

Gym now a regular occurance, 3 sometimes 4 times week. Food is whatever going but in better intervals and more appropriate sizes. Alcohol intake as great (bad) as ever.

Clothes fitting better, don't puff as much doing easy stuff - stair climbs, mowing lawns, walking dog etc so obvioulsy getting fitter too.
Haven't stepped on scales for ages so no idea of current weight, guessing 108ish
