I have used a free online gym programme maker before, but can't remember where it was. Does anyone know of any good ones? I want to start a new programme, but can't be bothered seeing an instructer. Thanks!
hmmm. This was a few years ago, so they might not be so generous now. This site was income generating, but they offered the gym programme part for free.

I never really looked to hard to tell the truth though, and this was also years ago too, when I thought I would try and be the next Arnold. Although I did end up the next Tom Arnold (that the fat bloke that married Rosanne isn't it).... 😕

Haha. I did something similar back then with those shakes from the supermarket. My weight, and I think my metabolism are still recovering.

I bought a pair of adidas shoes a while back and they gave me this free membership to www.adirun.co.nz. Basically you set a goal and it tells you how to get there and gives you a nutrition programme. Its only running based though.
Its pretty hopeless though, no way i would pay to go on there, basically it tells you what anyone with practical experience would know over a 12 week programme. i.e, start off with long slow stuff and then get more and more specific as you get closer to whatever goal you may be after.
