Updatio....
Friday - shoulders, abs and arms in the am and then proper mtb ride in the arvo - only 20km of trails but something like 1300 cals. Two pies and then a curry for dinner washed down with a few hazys
Saturday - 16km ride with kids. Fries and espresso frap half way through. Also more hazys that night
Sunday - no exercise but another curry in what turned in to a sunday session with the neighbour. A few more hazy's consumed.
Monday - pull day in the gym wit focus on deadlifts. Sure had been a while but what hadn't been a while was curry as had leftovers for lunch. -
Good little legs session this morning. Trying for two this week.
Decent warmup up, then into squats which felt good, even though didnt go particularly heavy. Rest of workout included ham string curls, leg extensions, hip thrusts and seated calves. 30mins hills work on bike to finish.

Ended up doing a pretty mediocre 5km run last night, in fact so mediocre it was only 4.97 even after running a few circles at the end. Legs werent feeling it and neither was I. Often the case when already trained legs earlier in the day
This morning was push and a 25min recovery spin on the bike.
Legs II tomorrow

Glutes and abs this morning. Good little workout as there a couple of hotties doing a whole of of exercises on all 4s and one of them had a bit to show.
Also did 35mins on the bike.
Tomorrow should be shoulders and arms in the am and hoepfully mtb ride on the trails late arvo.

First legs day of the week done and dusted!
Working on getting those squats going again. Feel alright so far. Back up to triples at 100kg. Not much yet but a starting point and feeling pretty good
Usual post workout ride and probably a run tonight before I go out for curry night with the lads

Had planned to do a run last night as always have about an hour to kill on a tuesday down in Devo while one of the girls is at dancing. Anyway, found an excuse or two and ended up at the golf course for some short game practice. Much more enjoyable than the run.....could be a regular!
Trained push this morning - simple workout of 10 giant sets which where 10 x DB bench, 10xDB files, 10xtricep pushdowns, 10xdips. Then 50mins on the spin bike. Good workout but felt a bit dusty after curry night with the lads last night. Felt like I sweated most of it out.

Any sort of resistance training after a curry is extremely risky. Going for a PB is not worth shitting yourself in front of everyone
