Thermo DynamX actually works by increasing your body’s metabolism so you burn more calories. It acts on the receptors that determine metabolic rate and temperature and amps them up so that you not only burn more energy while you exercise, you'll burn fat while you go about your normal day to day activities! It truly is your 'total body transformation solution' and results are guaranteed. -

I tried a sampler the other day for this stuff called WheyGourmet - it tastes fucking awesome but is a bit pricey.<br />

<br />
Not really a protein shake and I'm not sure if it's available in NZ or OZ but Nutrilet is what I drink. It's high in protein and low in fat so is perfect for the fatties. Personally I think it tastes good and is excellent to have if I'm feeling peckish. -

They will probably have something similar Rancid - can you post up the profile of the drink (protein, fat and carbs per 100g) and manufacturer? Might also be worth listing ingredients if you could....<br />

<br />
No probs. It's in Norwegian but pretty easy to read:Â http://www.nutrilett.no/sw3461.asp<br />
<br />
Just read an article where they're planning to launch it in AUS through a company called Faulding. Not sure if that helps. -
i started making my own check this out http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/topicoftheweek37.htm

Well, they had WheyGourmet on special (for members) at the local GNC Live Well shop, so I bought the Chocolate Mousse flavour - its quite frickin good in milk or water actually so that's what I'm on now. 70% protein and the taste is better than ANYTHING I've ever had in terms of protein shakes.<br />
<br />
But why use containers that big when they're only half-full when you open them? -
Anyone in NZ watching the diet programme on TV in place of close up?..Has a group of over weight people who each are placed on a different type of diet and weightloss programme.After the first weigh in the most successful one was a guy who takes protein shakes.The others were using weighter watchers points(doing wonders for the mrs),Atkins with no carbs,working out at the gym 6 times a week,and this guy who has a diet which is based on his blood type :nta..something ive never heard of before.
Saw a bit of it. Quiet funny to see how gutted him and the atkins lady were. Odd how he didn't really look overweight either, but was 6' and 100kg. -

I thought i was the onyl one who noticed that!..watching his profile and thinking ok wheres the fat!<br />
Felt sorry for the huge guy,first he was too big for the scales and then the fancy machine that runs a scan to determine your body fat was unable to fully scan him as he was too round in the middle.Plus the poor bastard has to give up red meat -

Wasn't quite like that - was a diet type that he had to go on. -

The show is on now,that guy who doesnt seem over weight and is on the protein shake diet lost over 7kg in two weeks,which is pretty hard out.Everyone else lost from less than 1 kg up to 1.5kg. -
Is he using them as actual meal replacement? I don't dig that really...<br />
<br />
I only ever use protein shakes directly after exercise - stick back in 20 grams of protein mixed with 500ml of water, then have another 500ml water to finish off. Good for tidying up the fluid loss. -

Im taking EAS 100% Whey Protein. Two shakes per day. One scoop Whey (23 grams protein), 300 mls milk, blended with one banana and a small pot of yoghurt. Contents of shake equal about 40 grams protein.<br />
<br />
<br />
Exactly the same thing I use. Good with water, but delicious with milk. Huge fark off container- hardly subtle sitting in you kitchen though.
