Sadly his catching under the high ball wasn't.

Newcastle call board meeting Monday, Origin time a great time to sack a coach and it get lost in other media hype. AOB 1.01 favourite for first coach goone now

Some classic terrible ref calls coming thick and fast against the Wahs today

Wahs have had a lot of luck as well, just terrible calls in general

Just be happy we are not at the cursed 14-0

    Just seen the game.

Pretty tidy performance, except for the last 8 minutes.

God damn we need to learn how to shut the door on teams. There’s no way the Dolphins should have got that close in the end.

Discipline was very poor today, gave away a lot of penalties and set re-starts including 2 or 3 on the last tackle when there was just no need.

Gee we had some opportune in that first 20 without getting any reward.

It finally clicked and we looked like world beaters on the second 20.

What I didn’t like on that final quarter was that we went into our shell a bit. The second phase play disappeared. There was great kick chase and we didn’t put pressure on at the tackle to slow down their quick play of the ball.

Good to win though and keep the comp on notice that we can keep winning the close ones. For our AFL fans we are winning like the Pies did in season 2023.

Xavier Coates with a piece of play that will see him on contention for both Mark of the Year and Try of the Year.

Was a cracking game last night and I'm still shocked cronulla won

This year it seems we are getting more 50/50s going our way (which they never do) and here we are 8-2.
Meanwhile in Oz nobody rates us still even though we have the most improved spine of any team this year hence our results!!

Man, there has been some crazy good tries this afternoon, first in the Broncos/Dragons game, now Canberra have scored a couple.

Mediocre yet exciting game in the end between The Tigers and Bunnies. Koloamatagi, Graham, Arrow and Latrell staking late claims for Origin spots. Korosau nearly carrying the Tigers to victory on his own.

Personally would have had both Kolo and May ahead of some of those origin picks. Incredible energy levels
