Yeah Franks had a pallet load of them. I'm sure some do work but I just think whats is the point of wasn't money hand over first for a guy like me? I mean if I was an NFL linebacker I would scoff everything going. But in reality I'm a broken arse 37 year old with two kids, paying a mortgage and living in the sticks.

I love lifting tin and beating my PBs but do I need supplements? No. They could well accentuate progress but where would it end? Im only training for enjoyment now so can happily forgo the pills, bottles, injections, fake tan..... I think Im probably training now for the joy of training rather than being on a seek and destroy misson to become the next Arnie!!! Haha

Let me know how that superdump works out for ya. I hear it can have a pretty liquifying effect on some.

I am just using some whey to up my protein intake plus its got some BCAAs in it. Other than that I just take a multivitamen each day and some omega as well as trying to eat big and clean. Working ok so far. Getting bigger and stronger and its not costing me much. Plus I love the buzz I get from a good workout. Feel alive!

Oh and I have started creatine this week as had some rebel sports vouchers to use and they had it there. Only 5 days in though so early days.

The Superpump surprisingly tasted really good, almost like medicine but yet very tasty in a strange way. Hand on heart I dunno if it worked to be fair, I'm sure if I took a whole bunch it would be a different story. I'm gonna get some more sachets this week I think.

Yeah tastes all right from what i hear. The effect on the bowel for some isn't too good though.

What flavour was it? Blue raspberry or something is supposed to be one of the best.

Fruit blast or something ( naturally it wouldn't have delicate flavours it would have to be FRUIT BLAST !!!!!! )

guts seem ok so far ( touch wood )
Touching on what RB said I smashed the superpump on sunday and planned to go and do some weights half an hour later. This however clashed with a family trip to the mall so I made everyone wait cos "I wanted to get the full effect of the Superpump while I trained". My wife quite rightly pointed out that I'm not competing in any strongman or bodybuilding comps so what is the point ? In any case I managed to get an extra rep or two on what I had previously bicep curled but whether that was down to the SP is anyones guess.....

I get the same questions MN5 but i think its good to make the most out of any training you do. And if it gives you that little bit extra then thats good enough for me.

Dead right - I only take supplements as I compete as a BB. If and when I stop competing, I'll stop taking the suplliments. But I'll probably keep doing the protein powder oats for breakfast, as I like it!!

Superpump, we use it, and it does work. Again though, when I stop competing, I'll stop - an have have a coffee with a dollop of honey in it before training - that works too, but not as good as Superpump!

Coffee with a dollop of honey? Never tried coffee with honey - is that because you dont have any sugar as part of your diet bart or for other reasons?

I dont usually have sugar in my coffee anyway but might try the honey thing just for the hell of it.

no sugar in diet at all (added anyway), tastes superb, especially when it is normally black coffee we drink, and does give you a boost when you are eating bugger all carbs late in the BB diet cycle!
