Amen to cinnamon.

For a while now I've been having a half cup of low fat cottage cheese with ground cinnamon and a few blueberries on top. Good snack

I noticed this thread because thats what I have been having before heading up the mountain for a day's boarding. About 3/4 cup of rolled oats, teaspoon cinnamon, a whole banana, a squirt of honey and milk all thrown in the blender until smooth. I can go for hours on that.

The cinnamon seems to get your circulation going well.

An oil known as eugenol that comes from the leaves of the cinnamon bush has been shown to have antiviral properties in vitro, specifically against both the HSV-1 and HSV-2 (Oral and Genital Herpes) viruses according to a study published in the journal, Phytotherapy Research.
