Right, after my good work getting down from 86.5kgs to 83-84 over January and early February, I've spent the first week of fat busters playing a game of touch, scoffing Pebbles, drinking coke by the tanker load, and at various work lunches during the week availing myself of as much food as possible.

Current weight: 84kg
Height: 1.77m
Goal weight range: 78-80kgs
Timeframe: As long as it takes

WIll post any progress today once I do something other than scoff chips in front of the cricket <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Right, just dragged myself out for a 30 minute bike ride and a 20 minute jog. Unfortunately it is not an instant miracle cure for fat gittishness and I want my money back...

Also discovered that the ferals are back in town after my usual cycle route so far over the summer took me past several student parties not recently encountered. This earned me plenty of abuse from strategically placed couches.

sling some abuse at them as you go past to add a sprint option to your cycle 😁

Judging by the amount of glass around there'd have been a slalom session dodging the flying bottles too! 😁

    Right!

Played touch for about and hour and a half, biked there and back, and mowed the lawn. Big feed of Chinese for dinner though...

20 minute cycle and 20 minute run, along with some free weights. Not to mention a "gourmet chicken burger & fries" at lunch and about a litre of coke all up. Wonder if I've cancelled the exercise out... hmmm. :nta

you drinking coke Dons? Try that coke zero - had one with subway tonight - it rocks, almost can't tell the difference between it and the real thing. Still like the taste of diet coke though!!

A litre of coke, isn;t that 3 cups of sugar worth?????

I'm slowly gathering the will power to try Coke zero given the rep it seems to have. I've always been a big fan of Coke & Pepsi - but any diet versions thereof or of any soft drink are viewed as bilge water 😁

Yeah the Coke Zero is pretty bloody good Don. A mate of mine is a fiend for the regular stuff but is amazed at the taste and says if it wasn't for the lack of sugar he'd drink it all the time. As it is he drinks a strict 1:1 ratio, but then he dragonboats nearly every day so needs the energy.

Still hovering around 83-84kgs but seem to be losing fat (slowly) and gaining muscle.

Yesterday: Biked to rugby training and back and helped out with a couple of the drills as Assistant Gopher as requested. Got to watch JP fat busting instead of participating as I'm likely to be out much of the time with work this year. Then did some free weights, situps, ad a 20 minute jog.

Today: Mmmmm. KFC. 25 minute bike ride and 25 minute run, situps and free weights. No coke though 👼

No coke today. Biked to and from training and got roped into the last fitness drill which was more than enough training for Donsteppa. Then biked up to the Uni fields to jog a lap, and did some free weights when I got home. 83kgs.

Time for an update. A few half-pie efforts at exercise in the last few days but nothing too noteworthy. 83kgs still.

That Coke Zero is good. Becareful though, it has more caffeine than normal coke (but less than diet coke).

Still 83kgs, been a bit mixed on diet and exercise. Had a fill-in game yesterday for the Presidents against my old/current/not sure what I'm doing this year under 85kgs side as they were a bit short for the preseason game (that I'd planned on watching). Lots of work needed would be a fair assessment...

Just back from Wellington. One run round Oriental Bay... but visits to Burger King, Maccas, and being fed by work for morning tea and lunches negates that somewhat...
