Kenya down to 5 men. Two yellow cards; the second for tackling a player without the ball.

Great win from Fiji; another tournament win in Hong Kong! Never really in doubt, although Kenya didn't help themselves with their ill-discipline. It could have been closer.

    Full time: Fiji 24 - 12 Kenya

No info about these games being broadcast in Sky's tv guide. Are they still not getting the message that people want to watch these games (at least, those of the top teams)?

What was the reason for the female Christian Cullen, I think her name is Winiata not making sevens teams?

You know the speedy little cop who seems born to excell at 7s

Not wanted I think. Winiata was keen to play but hasn't been picked since early last year. She was told she attacked too much. Yes, I know...

Thirty seconds after kick-off and Portia Woodman scores her first try of the tournament. Too easy. Nathan-Wong converts the try: 7 - 0

The BF7s look like they're playing with the hand brake on, but still way better than Japan. And why shouldn't they, after the week they've had. IIRC, Japan is the country that earned promotion to the World Series last year. It is very likely that they will drop out of the Series again this year.

Another try for Blyde. NZ now leads 26 - 0

Mistake from newbie Willison, good break from a Japanese player, and Japan is on the board. 33 - 5 NZ

That try followed a mistake from Tyla Nathan-Wong, who now leaves the field. Looks injured.
