    Not much movement in the last couple of weeks but down to 82kgs now - 2 since Fatbusters and 5 since the start of the year. Time to get back into the exercise side of things on a regular basis methinks... 80kgs is so tantalisingly close as the next milestone!

    Fat busting should be suspended until daylight savings is closer again. <br />
    <br />
    Suspect there will be very little fast busting progress until that time.  😁

    Was just liught enough when I got home from work to entice me out for the bike to the lake/run round lake/bike home circuit. Took me about 5 minutes longer than it did back in March - now an hour all up <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

    It's a tough job strolling up and down the sideline with a hot d... camera... in my hands, but someone has to do it.  :happy:

    5 runs in the last week - maybe I dpn't need to wait till daylight saving. It not being so frigging cold outside might be helping though.  :happy:

    it nice running in the cold though if you have the right kit - the full tracksuit, wooly hat etc.  Have been for a few runs in Hams over the years (very few), and enjoyed them, fog, etc.  <br />
    <br />
    If you stop running in the fog, and no one sees you stop, does it count...?

    It's all good once you start, it's just getting motivated to get out the door in the first place  😁

    But it makes you feel superior, knowing that you are out their struggling away while all the other fat bastards are stitting down for their third helping of icecream...

    Another one of these tonight. About the same time, doing it earlier in the evening seems to slow down the bike part a bit with traffic.

    Back on track this week with a couple of the bike to lake/run round it circuits. <br />
    <br />
    Helps that it's getting lighter at night. Also helps that I'm not coughing my lungs out everytime I move faster than a walk as I was for a couple of weeks there...

    Another one of those circuits on Friday and a touch game today. <br />
    <br />
    Not quite as manic as Bart up and down the sideline at the BoP vs. Manawatu game yesterday though  <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':blink:' />

    Thwarted tonight. Just finished fixing a puncture in my bike. Had gone with Plan B when I found it flat and taken the wife's bike instead, but about 1.5k down the road the gears buggered up. <br />
    <br />
    Too lazy now to resume the exercise!

    Hmmm... still 83kgs but not particularly fit. <br />
    <br />
    That might be why there are no entries in here for about 3 and a half months  <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

    Excellent, still around 82-83kgs despite the 800 tonnes of food that have been floaing round the place... though that may not last  😁
