I must admit I find it weird when your scrum has just got owned..but the dominant scrum gets penalised on a technicality..and the rest of players from the scrum that just got owned rush in congratulate the props..go figure

I don't think I have ever seen Canterbury just fall off so many tackles.

or get dominated at the breakdown like this. It feels ... weird

That offload from McKay was a thing of beauty.

@nzzp To their credit, they've done well to stay in it. They've been badly outplayed but still have a chance.

@African-Monkey said in Canterbury vs Ta$man:

    Someone said it above.

Never ever ever write them off 🙂

Brett Cameron doesn't have a lot going for him but he does have a decent boot.

@Steven-Harris Whether or not he was off/onside, he's been very good again, today.

I'll be happy if Christie can play like this for the Blues. A very good game from him today.

@KiwiMurph To repeat a very over-used cliche: every halfback looks good behind a great pack.

Congratulations to Ta$man..good first half did the business..only 5 a piece in the 2nd half , but I will give Canterbury their dues with ever looking like they would claw their way back..they showed some heart.

Well-deserved win from Ta$man, but good effort from Canterbury, denying Ta$man the bonus point.

What a great weekend. All Blacks win and Canterbury lose. Even if Waikato lose in the next game I'll be happy. Good stuff Ta$man.

@KiwiMurph The sad thing is is that guys like him never do.

Canterbury badly outplayed by a very good Ta$man side. They did well to keep it that close.

Ta$man a bit profligate with their attacking opportunities - should really have put that game away by halftime.

But lots of good intent and dominant in most things.

Big Leicester, David Havili and Will Jordan are an exceptional back three.
