I hope the measuring station in Faisalabad (currently showing 516) is malfunctioning!

Probably not. Hot dry plains with an industrial city.

Best not to go bowling in Blenheim today either.

@dogmeat Wow. 644, I have no idea what that means really, but wow.

If anybody has kids at the Nanzhai primary school you should probably take them home.

Excellent afternoon for bowling in Blenheim with an 8.

599 in Bangkok. 582 in Indonesia.

The latter, at least, is probably forest fires - the friend who pointed me to this map works in KL and they had a reading of 380 a few days ago - he said you could taste the air.

What goes on in Winton - they've been registering 80 odd every time I've looked?

Quite a high reading in Willis Street - Nick must have fired up the laptop! 🙂

Who would have thought that bowling in the centre of NZ was so hazardous?

I am also kind of hooked on that site - that bakery in Winton isn't a good place to get a pie today either.

No, that would be correct. It's an industrial city in Pakistan. A polluted shithole.

    We have a new …"WINNER"

    Saltillas, Mexico 869

869 !!! You'd have to swim through the air

    Only a population of 869K - was 900 yesterday

Is one of Mexico's leading industrial cities though with a cluster of automotive industries

Google tells me that Chaoyang is the fossil capital of China. Clearly they are trying to revitalise this for a new generation of paleontologists by turning their air into a tar pit.

Seriously if 300 is hazardous - don't go outside at all anyone unless you're dressed like Neil Armstrong going for a wander around the Sea of Tranquillity - WTF is 900??!!!!!

Chaoyang - Is that another bakery? Bao is a steamed stuffed bun. Delicious but dangerous it seems.

Winton needs to lift its game. They are so embarrassed the have "no data" today and have just turned the monitoring off.

Safe to go bowling around the country though.
