No bike ride, instead a 45 minute walk first thing this morning, have been doing some reps with the d/b weights as well. About 5 or 6 different ways at 10 or 20 each.<br />

Funny after the weightloss stalling for about 3 weeks i have exercised less over the past 2 weeks and now the weightloss has picked up again :nta -

Cheers, diet isnt the tough bit, i never really ate that badly just needed to drink plenty of water and eat more salads etc. 30 mins every day or so on the bike isnt too tough, and most weeks i seem to lose a bit of weight.Â<br />

Went great, weather came right as well thankfully. Only drama the photographer didnt show!<br />

Fitted into the suit nicely, although we were given a too small waist coat which neither groomsmen could fit but i could!

Headed out to Shakespear Park to try out one of their walking tracks. The weather wasnt flash so we gave the longer 2 hour ones a miss and tried out the lesser 1 hour round walk which appeared to involve the best scenery as well.<br />
As it was the walk only took us 45 mins and involved a couple of hill climbs. Amazing views over towards the city and North Shore. Took along the cam and took some damn nice pics too.
