Willie the weka's journey
<br />
OK here's the free willie from the kg's formula................<br />
<br />
We have been "given" a golden ladrador, she's 6 and need's regular walks from yours truely.<br />
<br />
While on this mornings walk, (number 3 with Zoe) willie stopped at the shop window at Jesters and caught his reflection - not a pleasant sight, so walked the extra 6 shops and joined the Rototuna Gym!!<br />
<br />
Serious now, as willie is a little like Bartman and if pays MONEY for anything wants maximum benefit!!!<br />
Assesment on Tuesday.<br />
<br />
Been doing the 12 week challenge eating routine, so the kilo's should start to drop.<br />
<br />
Aim is to be 92kg by wedding date, so I can say "fatboy" to Bartman once again........<br />
<br />
<br />
Way to go!!! I will feed the bartman plenty of easter eggs, coke (full sugar) and plenty of his favourite food (KFC) see if we can't fatten him up a little before the wedding, the big guy does have a bag of chicken chips in his hands at the moment, so should be no problem at all <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> But you do realise that the fatter he is the more expensive he will be to cloth. Might blow your budget! -
Chairs for the "Project - sabitage Bartman"Â Batgirl.........<br />
<br />
No prob's re the extra cloth to dress him, just means less people get invited, and that have to listen to his "orchestrated pack of lies" that will make up his speech...... :2funny:<br />
<br />
Love budgets, blow out here....penny pinch there........ :knubble: -
Righty;<br />
<br />
Wille joined Gym, had assesment - Ooch 104.3kg's that's just .3kg's lighter than my last big effort.........hmmmmm<br />
<br />
Had 1st session, programme pretty simple mainly cardio.<br />
<br />
Food going ok, although really wanted more of mrs c2b's pasta dish last night.....<br />
<br />
Today, walk the dog, then watch the warriors.<br />
<br />
Goal is 89kg by 24/11/07 <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> -

<br />
114.8kgs of blubber - beer, fast foods, cheese, 2nd helpings, carbs, pastries, no exercise and 10.8kg heavier....<br />
<br />
Had the fast bastards forty meter annual camp sprint on news years eve and even managed to pull ha hammy!!!<br />
<br />
So in pain, decided that was it!! xzxflag_of_truce <br />
<br />
I've this week joined the gym, sorted a exercise programme and after this weekend (catching up with the whanau) will sort the diet and beer intake as well.....<br />
<br />

Hey! We're of similar size by the looks of things!! (I'm 122 kegs) If you want a competition, I'm up for it!!! We'll put something on it that would be great to win, i.e 2 tickets to the AB's v SA in Hamilton or something.!!!<br />
<br />
If you're keen, let me know. I need more motivation than just being called a fat bastard or the occasional harpoon from offshore whizzing over my head -
Just back from first assessment and guess what??? I'm a fat bastard!!!<br />
I know I know at 114.8kg's it came a complete shock to hear the instructor utter the words obese and unfit....haha<br />
<br />
Never mind the embarrassing 1st weight in and measurements have been taken and now its time to exercise...<br />
<br />
Gonna do a couple of spin classes per week to burn some fat, and a aqua jogging class - its meant to be reasonably intense without impacting the joints of being so huge....ad in the normal rowing, cycle, treadmill shit and I'm off....<br />
<br />
Hooroo cheers for the wager idea but think me just being alive this time next year is motavation enough at this tender stage... -

Willie 114.8 you Hooroo 122 are probably giving Willie a 3 1/2 week head start.<br />
<br />
Mind you that's better than the 5 1/2 I'm giving you. xzxflag_of_truce <br />
<br />
So I don't think I'll be joining in your little race. -
Weight week one 114.3kg a loss of .5kg<br />
<br />
Pretty happy, as the weekend was all about eating and drinking with the whanau. Can now concentrate on the diet as well as the exercise.<br />
<br />
First gym session yesterday, happy with the programme that im on. Motivation is good also, so all positive stuff.<br />
<br />
Gonna pass on a the bet thanks though Hooroo, this weight thing of mine is gonna need to be a lifestyle change that needs to stay forever with me, rather than a lose all you can in a set time frame. I did that with the 12 week challenge and although lost 12kgs in the 12 weeks, was intense and so at the end the motivation to keep going wasn't there, then bad habits resumed and the weight came back. Cheers though.
