I was thinking about that now. Ranger and Ioane swapping places might be a good idea. 
I think Nanai is better than Visinia right now. Maybe Visinia on the wing 
So, 
Hall, West, Ranger, Moala, R. Ioane, Visinia, and Nanai is the back line I think I'd try

Great there on defense, but I agree, he needs to be on the wing

R Ioane the only one who consistently looks dangerous with the ball. Wonder if he is a possible bolter for the eoyt as an apprenticeship if nms and others are out still.
