Looks like it is finally time to officially ditch sky.

Had assumed they would have the rugby championship.

Slightly concerned about the cost just for watching a single team if it all goes to RugbyPass based on previous pricing for Fiji. (Will be outraged if it is upped and start considering "other" options)

At least when I had a subscription for the rugby I got a load of other stuff which added some value.

@davesofthunder I seem to recall the Aussie tests were on Sky? Recent Argie and SA tests certainly were/are! I fucken hate streaming, especially on shitty rugbypass. At least when it was on Prime, it was decent quality.

@bones yes they were. It seems as if there has been a breakdown in relationship with SKY UK and NZR.

rugbypass seems to have lots of NZ related content with NZ rugby and shows now.

@davesofthunder I assumed that the more important games would be on sky UK. bit pissed off that it looks unlikely

    Just been thinking about this.

The first match is not part of the rugby championship so perhaps outside of the agreed tv deal hence why they have to negotiate.

The thing I need to figure out (before cancelling) is if the match on the 14th is still on sky as it is the first match of the rugby championship.

It sucks now that it is all over the place.

Edit: just looked and as far as I can tell the championship is all on sky so that should be sorted.

It is just what kind of clusterfuck tv deals are in place for autumn/ end of year to worry about after sorting this weekend

Any one know who is showing this? I think every Bledisloe Cup game since 1993 was available live on UK TV.
