Anyways have been in denile...not in Egypt...and have let a few things go. Time to pull thereins in again and start afresh. <br />

114kgs this morning. -
Guess what? I'm ow 115kgs! <br />

Anyways, back from honeymoon and both MrsPaj and I have decided to give it a good nudge this time and make a effort.<br />
<br />
Have bought a bike stand thingy so we are able to exercise on bike in lounge now.<br />
<br />
Also local women in district have a "Fat Club" running andI have been invited to join! The lady running it does Weight Watches points thing and have got all my bits and peices yesterday and am away laughing now.<br />
<br />
Weigh in is every Wed morning at 8.30am so will shoot down on bike and weigh in with "the girls" -

Missed this weeks weigh in as they now changed it to an afternoon sessions and at a different persons place each week. Might head to chief weigher tomorrow night for update. -
Got on our scales this morning buck naked and weighed in at 111kgs.<br />

They maybe broken because thats 2 kgs loss. But was fully clothed last time, and have beendoing a shed load of walking at work somight be true, once I weigh in with the girls I'll know for sure. -
that's one heavy butt.<br />

Enough now, went to doctors last week for foot injury and asked him about old groin problem. Long story short is need to lose a shed load of weight and need a hip replacement in next 10 years. <br />

So Stardate 25 Jan, New Years resolution kicks in now<br />

Plan of Attack: Unable to exercise too much due to fractured foot. Change of eating plan, not a diet as such. Advice appreciated. We just about to fill freezer with a 350kg heifer, 3 lambs and a pig. -
we all know diets don't work, it is changing a way of thinking and eating for the rest of your life basically!! so just start by reducing portions (i fish tonight with your chips instead of two) sort of thing. <br />
<br />
I reckon though, one meal a week where you just eat what you want - the treat meal - is a must in any eating plan!
