Since no one noticed/commented. Asafo Aumua is starting, which means he either wasn't cited or a citing wasn't upheld.

    He shouldn't be there.

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/rugby/provincial/129755859/nightmare-training-week-as-southland-stags-halfback-cupboard-close-to-bare

The Southland Stags have had a nightmare training week losing three halfbacks to injury as the province’s playing depth comes under extreme pressure.

The Stags called in Invercargill Blues halfback Osika Kaufononga for its captain’s run on Friday and he’s now in line to make his National Provincial Championship debut from the bench against Wellington at Rugby Park on Saturday.

First-choice halfback Jahvis Wallace rolled an ankle at training on Tuesday, before Jakob Morrison suffered a head knock and failed an HIA test ruling him out of Saturday’s game.

Pirates-Old Boys youngster Josh Murrell was the next halfback in line but he has a shoulder injury which ruled him out of coming in for the Wellington game.

@Duluth Geez, that's a lot of bad luck. As if they're not struggling enough!

@Stargazer If they were playing anyone but Wellington it might be but this Wellington side could quite easily roll over.

    This is a tough watch.

Ref deciding that league has the knock on call spot on.

But he's nowhere near as bad as wellington

Having two dinosaurs on the wing really isn’t helping Wellington right now. They both just look so slow in everything they do.

He looks to have shed a bit of weight eh. Him and Delaney the shining lights for Welly so far (as long as we ignore the first lineout throw)

Maybe, but he's an AB making such a simple mistake from the kick off. They don't get 25 out without his stuff up.

He's running how he used to before he bulked up, lovely to see.

If PUJ hurt himself so much before just by falling on the ground, you've gotta think he's not made for rugby eh.
