Saturday morning

5000 19:10.0

20 minute sit up, press up, curl session, then

5000 19:10.0

so two rowsa exactly the same time, quite bizzare - not planned, as I was wathing MASH on DVD as I rowed. Incidently, you can get a 6k row in per episode of mash - they take about 24 minutes!

    lunch : 5000 18:32.0
D-up PB's have been getting a bit of a knocking this year, have gone past old marks quite often - at the moment just tyring to get a base in of faster rowing, so when I give them a nudge again, I'll be able to knock them off again. Blew my 10k time out of the water (so to speak) by 41 seconds a week or so back. Anyway, PBs at the moment...
Dons - you need a first five to drive MArist Midgets around the field next season - Weka could still do it mate, with ease...

What we need is refs who will rule on what they can actually see happens, not what they think happens [/bitter]
