Jett
Carla Gugino stars in this cinemax thriller
As Daisy Kowalski, fresh out of jail and
Retired from her life of crime, she's
Lured back into the game by
A bunch of high powered criminals.Gugino is quite the actress and
Unsurprisingly provides an absolutely
Great performance, as well as cutting an
Impressive figure on screen.
Not one to miss.
Oh did I mention Carla Gugino? -

Just watched the 1st episode of BBC's Dracula adapted by the genius that is Mark Gattis & Steve Moffat. 4.5/5
Utterely bonkers, camp, scary, ominous, funny and threratening at the same time. They've set it in it's origonal location and time but updated it without being overly-PC or deviating too far from the characters in the book.
If it carries on in this vein, it could well be the one of the best things the BBC have done for ages.
I'd have upped it to 5/5 after the second episode, but back to 4/5 after the final installment

I fucking love her.
Being it's cinemax and Carla Gugino isn't shy, one assumes she gets nekkid?

Only watched episode one and she provides a stupifying array of eye candy. Including a nuddy (but well placed) perch on a window ledge.
Anyone read the first letter on each line?

@Bones I started Jett, seemd a good series but I never finished, must have been around the time of one of my 'must watch' series? Must re-visit.
Finished The Witcher.
Solid series, a couple of 'meh' episodes, but largely watchable, set up for S2.
Anyone been watching current series of Vikings? I havent started, thought I'd wait to watch in one go.

Not sure whether this goes in TVs or movies, but they are made for TV so..
last night i watched the "30 for 30" Deion's Double Play about the time he played 2 MLB games and an NFL game in a 24 hour window, including two on the same day (he didn't actually get to play in the baseball game though, only suited up).
I had forgotten what a phenom of an athlete Sanders was. NFL Hall of Fame player, two super bowls, played cornerback, but also took the kick return duties. And at the same time played professional baseball. In his only World Series he was the Braves' best player, hitting .533!! That's actually insane.
from wiki "Sanders is the only man to play in both a Super Bowl and a World Series, to hit an MLB home run and score an NFL touchdown in the same week, and to have both a reception and an interception in the Super Bowl. He is one of two players to score an NFL touchdown six different ways (interception return, punt return, kickoff return, receiving, rushing, and fumble recovery)"
It's a cool sports story about an pretty incredible sporting feat. He's still Primetime, he still looks fit enough to play sport too.

Don’t follow those sports but that guy sounds similar to Bo Jackson, if he’s on that show I’d be keen to see it . I listened to him on a podcast talking last year , very cool .

Due to the fact so many people I know have watched and are talking about S2 of You I decided to watch S1. It's an interesting show which I think I like now that I'm a few eps in. Pretty dark, which I didn't get expect from watching the previews they have flashing up on Netflix.
Bonus points, has this chick is a supporting role:

Yes, wondered what the hell you were doing with the capitals (didn't figure you were the poetic type), then got it.
I'm not, but CARLA GUGINO

Watched S1 of Barry, pretty good.
BArry (Hader) is just awkward, really liked NoHo Hank (was also good in Gotham) and Gene (Henry Winkler)

The Messiah, Netflix.
Few episodes left to check out but hooked so far. Definitely recommend.
