One from the distant past, he is still lacing up his boots from time to time in 2017 for Bedford up in England at the ripe old age of 43. Obviously not all that often but he is still out there giving it a go in the professional ranks, even if he does hold down a regular full time job outside of rugby. Certainly a throw back to the past where you often kept playing as you slid down the divisions whilst your age crept upward but not Paul, he's still involved as a professional player!
