@shark speaking of stereo types , have you cancelled your trip to the snow ?

Hotham isn't good enough for me these days. I'm planning a trip to Queenstown. How's that?

Nice , You should enjoy the wine and the cheese platters ,

Are you still driving a Range Rover ?

No we traded that in and Celia is now driving a new AMG GLE. It's much easier to park when visiting Prahran friends.

if you drove around the streets of richmond after last years GF and saw the amount of flags flying in the older terraced homes you would see there are still plenty that live there , I was surprised , probably mostly oldies that have kept the family home for years ,

But agree , most are in the outer suburbs these days ,

Probably the same with most vic clubs actually , Geelong being the exception

Yes the bandwagon did get a bit full during last years finals run 🙂

Ferals everywhere except probably the Sydney Swans. They’re all wearing their RM Williams boots, Levi jeans and Ralph Lauren shirts with their token Swans scarf....

@kiwiinmelb never looked in doubt. Tigers forward pressure was superb. That period where the Hawks couldn’t get it inside their 50 was telling that they weren’t in with a show.

Tonight’s game I think will be the closest. Busy time in the precinct with the Storm at AAMI and Dees at the G.

I’m going to the storm game , not expecting too much from them this year , been consistent but not quite premiership material imo , but I’m in the wrong thread for that 😀

Yeah tiges were pretty good , work rate was suburb ,

Some good games in the afl this weekend , all 3 left will be fiercely contested .

I can't wait for tonights' game. Hope I can stay awake for a 9.45 kick off. And my Dees run-on t-shirt better arrive today or I'll be fucked off.

    Geelong were rubbish.

Yeeeeeessss Dees!!! Great opening quarter set the game up and from there it was attritional and poor kicking from both sides until we pulled away again late. I thought we were gonna shit our pants in Q3 and early in Q4 but there was a composure and resolve which bodes well for kicking on deeper into September. The commentators were all creaming themselves over our ability and style after the hooter. I'm getting closer to having to blow a wad on a trip.

And in further evidence the current trading laws only work one way, the 2nd worst team are likely to lose their 2 best players this summer, and both are going to go to top 4 sides. .

I've actually got the shits with the players now. They helped create the dumpster fire that is the Suns, and now they want to jump ship to somewhere easier. What fuckheads.

And as for the blokes who all want to move back to Melbourne because their missus misses her mum. Fuck off. Port should be furious at Polec, but he's not the only one.

    Come on the Dees tonight!

    Dees!

Me neighbor nearly went home when the Hawks got within 2 goals in the 4th. But they got there.

West Coast next week to keep the dream alive

I enjoy Melbournes style, they just seem hungry and into everything. Fuck the midfielders must be fit. How was that crowd too. See the stats for the crowd at the MCG vs the Panthers Cronulla game. AFL just seems to get good crowds. It is a fun game to watch live as there are often lots of goals to celebrate etc.

Taking off my tigers hat, It’s fair to say like Richmond last year and the dogs the year before, they have that similar momentum , once you have that self belief, it can be a powerful thing . They are a genuine chance now .

Putting my tigers hat back on , hoping the pies and the giants have an energy sapping game tonight and run each other off their feet .
