@taniwharugby Yeah I notice that every time I see Fiji play sevens. So many, esp European, teams have gone for speed over strength. The Fijians often genuinely look like men playing a 1st 15 team, pros vs amateurs size wise. And they're still fast as, what an amazing people, it's like 7s was written for those guys. I love watching them, Harlem Globetrotters when they're on song.5

Quite tough given he was trying to knock it backwards not forwards, therefore it wasn't intentional.

And can we stop calling it a knock "down"? The offence is a deliberate knock forward.
