Excuse my 7s ignorance, but why isn't another Fijian NZer, Koroi, there?

Koroi is nz born. For the U20s last year I recall Nareki's bio said he migrated at 3 months old!

@rapido In the media release with the team naming, it only said that he wasn't available. Possibly, it's due to Mitre 10 Cup commitments (Otago). That's why he was pulled from the squad last year, so maybe also this year. Stupid reason though. NZ rep teams should come first.
