Any predictions for the opening race?

I just hope that race pace is different than the qualifying pace. Hamilton disappearing into the distance with a Bottas buffer to the rest of the cars is no fun

This is live on DUKE in about 30 minutes. They showed the qualifying yesterday as well. Not sure if this is a one off, but it'd be cool if they showed every race.

Being a McLaren fan, I'm hoping young Norris gets some points and Ferrari don't win. I also hope Riccardo gets in the points.

Yeah I only realised yesterday that they were showing it.

I'm guessing it's a one off? Surely It's not in Sparks interest to have it on Duke once its own platform is stable.
          Anyone know for sure?

My understanding is that Duke are broadcasting this one because Spark weren't sure if their platform would be live in time.

Not sure how many people here follow F1 but the season has been pretty dull so far (not Mercedes fault)

Martin Brundle has a rant about the current season and the direction of the sport here:

We witnessed a fifth Mercedes 1-2 in five races, on the back of their five seasons of championship dominance. That's as impressive as it is challenging as we crave some variety and surprises in F1.

Yeah I follow it at a pinch, it's kind of like Americas Cup though - Money wins at the end of the day and that has shown through with Mercedes dominating so far. Would be a hell of a lot more interesting if everyone had the same car and it actually came down to driver skill.

I think Ferrari has the biggest budget?

@Duluth Yup not only the biggest budget but they get the most money per season cos of their history. Utter crap, each team should get the same.
