just realised this cant have been my first tape...it wasnt released until 1993, it was a Bryan Adams tape, and the age I got it, it must have been Reckless, and rummaging through my CD collection, I have the above there!

Brilliant track for a workout on the bag is Supergroove's 'Can't get enough', just tune into the beat and try and keep up for the duration of the song. Guaranteed to have you sweating at the end.

Cannot find that Supergroove track - on itunes. Got me thinking though, I'm trying to get a bit "looser" when throwing punches so funk could be the thing for bag work!
