Any available players from these teams that would be good signings for Manu Pasifika?
Alaalatoa is going to France, but maybe Motuga, Tuipulotu, and Lam?
Neria Fomai. Was already a fringe Super player this year.

Samoa has now qualified for 2023 RWC and won a spot in pool D with England, Japan, Argentina and Americas 2. That's going to be tough.
Tonga will play the Cook Islands on 24 July in Pukekohe (Asia/Pacific qualifier). The winner will play the Asia Rugby Championship winner (most likely Hong Kong) twice in the so-called "Asia-Pacific play-offs". The winner of these play-offs will end up in pool B with South Africa, Ireland, Scotland and Europe 2. Tonga should normally win that.
The loser of these play-offs ends up in the Final Qualfication Tournament.

This Tongan side should beat Cook Islands, but they may need a couple of reinforcements just in case for the next match.

Problem is, these games are not in the international window, so some pros might not be allowed to play
