If you think Im even gonna bother trying that again, you can go frack yourself <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> moreover it took me around 5 more mins to do the other 50 I had planned!!<br />
<br />
*though I was going great guns when I hit 30 in about 58 sec!!<br />

I:55 this morning, FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. If I could keep up the pace I set initially I think a good 1:40 would be on the cards but those mere 15 seconds seem a LOOOOONG way off.a After 30 you can't help but slow down..... -
In my little garage circuit this morning i cracked out 21 in my first minute, they were the full ones with a press up, over the course of the circuit they got progressively slower. By the 5th set i could only get out 15, just. And i was fuuuucked

He did 50 in 1.56 and looked pretty tired, last ten looked painful. He did 29 in the first minute. <br />
<br />
I don't think I'd get under 2.20 based on that, and even that might be optimistic. <br />
<br />
He's 1.78m by the way. His brother is a bit shorter and faster on burpees, so he's next on my list. <br />
<br />
Evil little workout. -

TR cracked under a minute I think, I haven't quite managed that, best around 1:05. Is super kid quite short limbed ? I reckon that'd help......judging by that you'd assume he'd crack 2 minutes admittedly with fuck all in it !<br />

<br />
Doubt mine would be seen as strict....I tried to do them properly, but as you push to do them quick, you probably do them a bit easier...? -
Thought I'd sit out while everyone else did them this afternoon.<br />

Yeah form or not those last ten are farkin horrendous. I still get off the ground more than those folk in antipodeans gif though <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/knuppel2.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':knuppel:' /> -
<p>nah he isnt doing the press up at all IIRC...</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I incorporated sets of burpees into a workout I did week or 2 back, and man they are hard (especially as its been months since I last did them)</p> -
First time trying burpees this way ie without the press up, and got 50 in 3:20. Puffing like a mofo! <br /><br />First 25 I think was about 1:20 but I've honestly forgotten it was so many oxygen molecules ago.... Form was probably ordinary too, but I definitely got off the deck on the jumps
-
Oh trust me, I didn't WANT to stop. I started well but as soon as I hit 16 I knew I was in trouble. <br /><br />What is interesting is I coughed up some gunk which I haven't done for weeks with other exercise. So clearly it's good for that. Wonder how long it would take to do 100?
-
Yeah I'm keen to try and crack a hundy in a good time. The way I do them at the moment though I crack 50 in no time at all then after that even crawling up the stairs let alone ANOTHER FUCKEN BURPEE doesn't bear thinking about. Off the top of my head 3 minutes per 50 could be an aim but as I said above the moment I actually stopped for a couple of second that would be it for me......
-
<p>I've done a hundy a number of times, but usually do 15-20 and then a 10-15 sec break before starting again, so I guess it was about 8 or 9 mins in total?? <span style="font-size:10px;">Or maybe 45 mins, not quite sure TBH....</span></p>
