oh shit, it's out now? I have been hiding from it and didn't even know the exact timeline.
lol pirating traffic will be going through the ROOF shortly. Or the population of the USA will triple if you count via IP address
It’s a prick though as the inter web is so flooded with comment (even supposedly non spoiler) that you can’t avoid it without completely going bush.
Forced to either watch it or have it ruined. -

Only interested in seeing who gets the throne and the big battle scene. Doubt I'm the Lone Ranger here.
I'm kinda interested in seeing some tits-and-arse.
Gotta fill the wank-bank for the several months on-the-road.Most of the episode was set up north in the freezing cold ( so everyone layered up ) but Bronn still got a bit of action with three nude hot sluts before getting interrupted.
Cersei also fucked old mate Greyjoy ( uncle of the dickless one ) but thankfully this action was off screen.
I'm aware these are spoilers.
I don't care, cry about it or stay off the interweb.
Tyrion and the Hound also busted out some great lines in their time on screen.

I liked the bit where bran stabs Jamie in the eye
Cersei taking the Mountain from behind with the big strap on was definitely a highlight for me
-
Better when the Mountain reams you 2.
Solid opening ep.
But yea. Why live in the north...cold and miserable, guess that's why Sansa is
-
Boring episode.

Need stark told the truth to jon snow next time he saw him (statue and bones) we'll talk about your mother, via Sam. Lots of call backs in that episode 'where's Arja' etc
Also Dani and Jon romance is lame, and corny. Dragon flying scenes pretty superfluous, esp since Dani know only tygareans can fly them, nothing mentioned.
Aside from that enjoyed it, Jon still thick as a post (lying nicely too, he bent the knee after Dani promised to fight the dead) Sansa now the brains of Westeros, Sam nailed his part, Euron nailed Cersei ( 'How do I rate' reply 'i really wanted those elephants' lol ), bran and Jamie bit nice ending, three sets of perkies...

How come when people walk in on him he always has that "just got caught beating off" expession on his face ?

Yeah overall it was, underwhelming.
-
I enjoyed it. It’s a shame you have to wait a week, because this was a get the pieces in place type episode. Was ready to keep watching.
Next one looks like it’ll have more action, and it’s such a short season there can’t be many filler episodes.
-
I enjoyed that, more so in that I bought a new TV over the weekend and spent the extra time required to procure a high quality copy of the episode. Holy hell has video quality improved over the last few years! It's like the difference between dvd and vhs. How on earth have I not been aware of this? Years of shitty small TVs and now I'm absolutely blown away.

Thought it was a solid first episode.
Poor fucking Sam..Nice dark moment finding the Umber kid pinned to the wall and waking up in the background..
Qyburn and Bron was good, after one of the girls propositioned him saying she has a thing for older men. He says poor girl she’ll be dead from the pox before the year is out, could see Bron choking on his wine thinking which one has the pox?
Thought overall it was a solid start, full of nice throw backs to the very first episode way back in season 1.
Those thinking it’s boring might be happier next week or at worse episode 3. The battle with the dead is said to happen early rather then later.

Just watched it, highlight for me was...
Dying to watch the next episode already, they should have made the first one 2 hrs, don't feel like enough happened in it but eased in nicely.
Theon's face annoyed me the moment I saw it, god he is so mopey, 100% dying in the next ep.Jon took the news better than I thought he would, let's see how Dan takes it when she finds out, IF she does??

Tyrion (50/50)Why does the guy half the size of everyone else live twice?
I almost hope there are no twists, and the Night King is just an evil army of zombies (no ulterior shade of grey motivation), and it ends like the way the series have been going since they ran out of book - ie Hollywood style.
Then the books won't be totally spoilt! Thankfully there will be no confirm not deny about what in the series is book canon and what is not... keep guessing and GRR, provided he doesn't do a Robert Jordan, can change things as he writes.
But DnD have said that there are 3 great twists - Hodor, Red wedding (i think, anyway two have been done) + A. N . Other
