Fatbusting: Hooroos log
-
good work Hooroo - welcome to the age of concept2, and improving your times by metres and seconds... My last to PB increases were by about half a second and 3 or 4 metres. Must need another conditioning lag before going hard out again.<br />
<br />
ANyway, well done big fella, keep it going, waiting for the challenge to come on.... :coolsmiley: -

Cheers<br />
<br />
Already feeling better in mind.<br />
Give me a month on it and then maybe a challenge will be likely -
It's been a goooooood week for Hooroo!!!<br />
<br />
No Carbs. Smoothie for Breakfast every morning. Tuna Salad for lunch everyday and Chicken for dinner.<br />
<br />
Spent about 6 hours at the gym since Monday (That will include this arvos session)<br />
<br />
Few beers tonight though watching the Footy -
After some pathetic efforts at Fatbusting, this week has seen the beginning of proper work. <br />
<br />
Have been off the smokes for 3 weeks now and put on about 5kg. Mrs Hooroo is now concerned about my health (rather than saying she's not attracted to a fat fluffybunny <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> )<br />
<br />
Went for a 1 mile run on Monday to rid of Cobwebs and then a 2 mile run last night. I have got to got out with a mate of mine who runs ultra-marathons for a 4.4 mile run/walk as he is going to show me an enjoyable running circuit in Kent but knows I won't be able to run the whole thing just yet.<br />
<br />
No pains from running yet which is good as I'm bloody heavy and obviously will be prone to impact injuries at my weight (118kg)<br />
<br />
Food has been all good and no beer during the week.<br />
<br />
Watch this space as every other fatbusting attempt has been all talk and no pork. -
Cheers.<br />
<br />
4.4 Miler last night. Took me about 3/4 of an hour to cool down after. Ran about 98% but was at snails pace at the end as it was up hill. Feel like a real champion today though. Training Patner tld me to have today off as I'm 118 kg's and he doesn't recommend running every day. Fair Enough! -
4 miler last night. Was the best run for me yet. Managed to run up both the hills. <br />
<br />
Dinner was Watercress, Two tomatoes and an avacado. Don't why I had so little, but i guess it was due to not really feeling like eating after the run.<br />
<br />
Good Boy! -
Massive Wagon wobble<br />
<br />
Went out with Duluth on the gas and finished the night with Southern fired chicken and ribs... moreish little blighters those Ribs.<br />
<br />
Massive hangover today so I have snuck away A Large Big Mac Combo, A quater pounder and a 20 pack of nuggets. Feeling rather full but content! -
MvJ preferred your posts about running, but I certainly understand the eating required after a night out with Duluth :happy:<br />
<br />
Where I live it is hills in all directions, so I have to run up and down hills when I go for a run. It's no fun at the time but, even if you go really slowly, you get an unbeatable sense of achievement if you make the top of a hill without yielding to the temptation to walk. -

I agree. I will go for a jog tonight but it will only be a 2 miler. The track we do is all up and down with only a couple of flat straights <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> -

Jesus when you fall off the wagon you do it in style mate! -
Right back onto the Wagon and have attached an extra Mule.<br />
<br />
Excellent run last night. 4 miles but was able to power up the final hill. Was pretty stoked as I usually plod a bit quicker than walking pace.<br />
<br />
Dinner was two large tomatos and two peaches as I was too knackered and never feel like eating after a late run.<br />
<br />
Breakfast was something that resembled a thimble full of greek Yoghurt and berries. Bloody hungry but coffee helps. Boxing at lunchtime today. -
6 MILES, 6 MILES, 6 MILES!<br />
<br />
Wahhoooeee.<br />
<br />
A bit sore today but am stoked that I have reached the 10k mark. Next rung in the ladder is 8 miles but I have been told to stick with 6 miles-ish until the 31st of August and then we can push it a bit more.<br />
<br />
Feeling ALOT fitter but I doubt that I have lost weight -
<br />
fuck I soooo hate running. Good work Hooroo - keep going!<br />
<br />
<br />
Same here Bartman. I'm lucky that I have a running partner who is very motivated and there are plenty of tracks through the forest to prevent the boredom. Only problem is that it's all up and down with only a few flats, but I assume that will mean that I will be able to go a bit further on a normal flat road -
